Extremely difficult for me to pick, but I’d probably say China tops it for me on the back of dim sum, Peking duck, and the filthy indo-Chinese food you get in Bombay. Japanese and Korean next, and then Thai. But I mean nothing really beats a banging drunken beef, Tom yum soup and pad Thai combo.
