Satay - Malaysian, not even Chinese, let along Beijing (Peking). I have never seen Satay anywhere in Beijing, except in a Malaysian restaurant
Salt and Pepper - actually a Sichuan dish
Spicy ribs - no-one eats spicy ribs in Beijing, there are many favoured style, probably sweet and sour above all, but no cunt eats spicy ribs
Grilled dumpling - fair enough, but at least call them ‘pot stickers’
Peking duck - fair enough, but I bet it’s not roasted over proper plum wood or apple wood
None of the other shit below is Beijing either. All the ‘Kung Po’ dishes are Sichuan. A province a similar distance from Beijing as Colorado is to New York.
