Would love to see a sequoia up close. Incredible trees.
Smallman1 Much as I love many rural parts of the UK, I’ve seen far more beautiful countryside on my travels. The first time I drove into the Franschhoek valley near Stellenbosch, it properly took my breath away…

I looked into camping at Yellowstone a few years back, it’s like trying to get a Glastonbury ticket. Fair play to them for keeping the numbers to a minimum. Defo on the to do list at some point.

Shocking. I spoke with a mate yesterday who was saying climate change isn’t as bad as the “hippies” say and that carbon figures have been going down year on year. It’s savage ignorance on a scale I can’t quite fathom when dealing with people like that..

The amount of fires the 4th of July fireworks will set off will be bad.

Grizzly Peak was popular for the 4th as you can see the fireworks shows from all over the place and the views are amazing. They’re closing it this year over fire concerns.

Tangential related to climate change through fossil fuels perhaps but THE FUCKING OCEAN IS ON FIRE.

Greta showing the big kids how to do it….brilliant video. I wonder how they feel after being owned by a teenager, most probably so far up their own arses they will just brush it off?

Wally I’ve only just gotten around to watching this. It’s only when you see the oil platform next to it you get a sense of the scale, it’s a fuckin monster.

In that first video the ship on the left is adding fuck all value to the situation

vinnyt77 agreed. Those wineries are stunning. And the Northern Territory outback is properly amazing. And hot. And wet. And dangerous.

Absolutely nothing will be done about the climate until the White House and Downing Street get flooded or proper fucked in some way:
