jonattonyeah Mad_Cyril I spent an inordinate amount of time reading about what would happen if we blew the moon up (just for hilarity). It wouldn’t end well so I doubt moving it around would do much good either.
Amps jonattonyeah Didn’t your lot want to nuke it back in the 50s? Then again, you talked about invading Britain days after VE day, so, yeah, you probably did want to nuke something 😆
jonattonyeah Amps I don’t consider anything before 1993 to be my responsibility when it comes to America. I was lowering your collective intelligence from 1981-1992.
vinnyt77 Smallman1 Much as I love many rural parts of the UK, I’ve seen far more beautiful countryside on my travels. The first time I drove into the Franschhoek valley near Stellenbosch, it properly took my breath away…
benson vinnyt77 agreed. Those wineries are stunning. And the Northern Territory outback is properly amazing. And hot. And wet. And dangerous.
Amps I looked into camping at Yellowstone a few years back, it’s like trying to get a Glastonbury ticket. Fair play to them for keeping the numbers to a minimum. Defo on the to do list at some point.
LT42 Shocking. I spoke with a mate yesterday who was saying climate change isn’t as bad as the “hippies” say and that carbon figures have been going down year on year. It’s savage ignorance on a scale I can’t quite fathom when dealing with people like that..
jonattonyeah Homegrove Grizzly Peak was popular for the 4th as you can see the fireworks shows from all over the place and the views are amazing. They’re closing it this year over fire concerns.
Wally Tangential related to climate change through fossil fuels perhaps but THE FUCKING OCEAN IS ON FIRE.
Amps Wally I’ve only just gotten around to watching this. It’s only when you see the oil platform next to it you get a sense of the scale, it’s a fuckin monster.
Hursty Greta showing the big kids how to do it….brilliant video. I wonder how they feel after being owned by a teenager, most probably so far up their own arses they will just brush it off?
