RichM it’s restless leg syndrome

Better than ‘listless reg syndrome’ which is what Smallman has.

I get loads of random leg/arm pains now. Things wearing out I suppose. Bit of arthritus maybe

Calf muscles the worst now with running. Every 2 to 3 months i get a calf strain that puts me back to square one with training. Up until a few years ago not one injury/issue with running, 2 marathons under my belt…….no chance now

symptoms come on very quickly and can include:
    Neck swelling and verbal diarrhea

Loving osteoarthritis in my later years.

Went through a bit of restless leg syndrome a few times through the years. First bout was the worst- was a matter of not doing all the “super fun things” anymore about 25 years ago. Took a couple of years to go away then, likely more treatable now. Have had it happen in the past 4 months, usually just get up, do something and take a tylenol PM to tip the scale in my favor.

Have you tried mineral supplements, Si?

-si- Do i need to grow a set, find my minerals and man the fuck up or am i likely to be dead before the euros final on the 11 july?

      Millsy

The first question I asked, millsy!

Smallman1 funnily enough this is one scenario where walking it off does help

3 fucking nights on the trot.

Thinking either some beers ce soir or just get a load of class As and bin the thought of going to bed for the next few days.

Necking pills for 4 days to keep sleep away, Ibiza DISC ONE on repeat at 750 watts while the kids stare at me in disgust as i make them chicken nuggets and potato waffles and toast for every meal of the day, sweat lashing off my face, 15 tins of harp deep. Loving life and making memories. #parentoftheyear

        -si- Tip for you Si.

Mini Kievs on garlic bread. Put in the oven on bread, makes garlic bread.

Just put both items on the iceland home delivery shopping list, dave. Thank you!

Just want to make clear: You put the mini kievs on normal bread.

They burst open in the oven and make delicious garlic bread.

You don’t need to order garlic bread as well.

This is a game changing culinary solution

Smallman1 I’ve never had mini kievs.

        Any cop?

Mini Kievs (or Golden Drummers), Alphabites and Tommy K?

Or, as I like to call it, winning?

If you can’t put it in a toaster, Ed’s not tried it yet
