Dan …dubious records that became balearic ‘classics’ is another thread altogether

Alistair will post Then Jericho in 3,2…….

That Samim Heater track with the accordions was a pearler from the mnml years. Gypo haus was thankfully short lived.

Dan a man after my own heart. Harvey > Dixon all day long.
Actually one of the few DJs my wife would come out of clubbing retirement to see

Millsy That Samim Heater track with the accordions was a pearler from the mnml years. Gypo haus was thankfully short lived.

Oh my days, what a hideous track that was.

        Appalling.

alistair Good one, ali. You sure told me. I’ll never recover from this.

Lol. Harvey dropping his Heart FM playlist minidisc into the player and walking off stage to glitter bombs.

Also, around the same time, Detroit Grand Pubahs - Sandwiches. Dropped by almost every ‘Bugged Out’ dj. Sometimes twice in a set by cunts like Dave Clarke.

I still absolutely hate Lazy by xpress2 with a passion.

But also have it on vinyl filed under ‘Bandwagon cunt’

Ross from Friends - better off alone

Not one of Anklepants’ best moments…

Saw Tongy play Samim’s Heater at SW4.

Looking at him you would have thought he’d dropped Knights of the Jaguar.

Dan …think I preferred the sound of the Bozak bouncing off the stage to Shirley Bassey tbh

bosstrabs remember some shocking garage tracks being incongruously dropped into sets, stuff like Double 99 - RIP Groove and so on

In general I’m faaar from a UK Garage or Speed Garage fan, but I still consider RIP Groove to be a quality tune (a rarity from the genres).
