303abuser Sounds like your nutrition is pretty sound, mine has been my achilles heal mainly because I never practice it during training, but I’m trying to make amends for it now. Tailwind does seem to be popular so will defo try that out.
With regards to volume, I don’t have any targets but I expect to be hitting north of 100k soon. I watched a vid the other day of a Brit marathon runner who clocks over 200k a week and he was saying others are doing up to 250k a week!
That is mental, but apparently its what it takes to get the results for marathon running.
I never run with tunes, but then I love being outside so its always a pleasure to be out
