Sports you play as an adult
Millsy The recovery from injury time as one gets into one’s ‘sunset years’ is indeed rather alarming. I used to walk off an ACL tear or a broken collarbone with the help of 6 cans of Stella and a kebab when I was in my 20s. Now it takes c5 years and £150 BUPA excess to recover from a stubbed toe.
Millsy, head to Amazon and purchase the following -
Minerals.
Lol. I was expecting you

Problem with e-mtbs is they’re far too heavy and ugly as fuck. If you like popping and jumping over roots and stuff on the trials you’re better off with a normal bike. I also don’t buy this shit about them encouraging you to go harder and longer either, a human powered bike will be much better for fitness.
Not tried an ebike yet but can imagine the weight of them going downhill will also limit how quickly you can turn. Reading everyone else view I am still not made my mind up if it would be worth the investment
Christian ive recentlybought one of these. Absolutely superb fun.

mono-stereo agreed. Can still see me buying one when my knees start to go though
Millsy With you there. Im 47 and would still love to play football but its embarassing. That said, playing footy for a couple of hours a week and giving it some drops a load of weight.
Prior to lockdown when I was in Nashville was playing footy at lunchtime 3 times a week and once at the weekend and was the fittest ive been for years. All gone to shit since then…..
Shirley the point of the ebikes is to get a big comfy number and cruise about on them?
That’s what I thought until you take a harder look into it. Most of the decent bike have different riding modes. Sure you could put in comfort mode & just cruise around.

if you want to piss about and have a laugh you might as well go for a proper e dirt bike.

I’m embarking on a 100 mile ultra this saturday, the whole of the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne, all in the name of fun and enjoyment!
