Amps Do you go to a lot of Chippynonstop gigs?

Had never heard of them before.

Seems they have a Hör set and it actually begins with a Hadone track, but then descends in to a (vomit) remix of Britney Spears ‘Toxic’ and then mostly 160bpm hardcore/gabber type stuff.

Checked out their Mixmag set as well, again mostly 160bpm hardcore/hard house/gabber type stuff, including a (sick-bag) Destiny’s Child ‘Survivor’ remix.

It’s definitely too fast and tacky for me.

          Amps considering the Hör and Mixmag sets are both youtube videos I’m well aware they’re a female.

          Mixmag have always been the most trash of all the dance music publications.

          Looking at their youtube numbers it doesn’t seem that their following is especially big either.

              I’m always mildly amused at the idea of hardcore, happy or otherwise, making a come back, or even being a thing anywhere on the planet.

                  Even when music mags were big, Mixmag was always the trashiest. It’s therefore been no surprise to me that the few times I’ve happened upon their online presence in recent years they’ve generally been pushing nonsense.

                        Muzik was much better…. especially in its first few years.
