  • John Digweed 'Live In' Series - Fabric, London

So far, I have been bored senseless by John’s ‘Live In’ series… yet, here I am again thinking, ‘that tracklist looks interesting’

Will I succumb to curiosity once again? Will I then give it away because it’s dull as dish water like the other releases I have bought? Is history repeating itself? Does anyone care? Do I care? Is that lump I found something to worry about?

The last few albums I’ve purchased from bedrock have been so disappointing I don’t think I’ll be buying the new mix. His Apple mixes have been really good though. He does play decent deep house.

Links please! I’ve not listened to many, but I wouldn’t describe the ones I have in that way

        Amps Is history repeating itself?

I think you’ve repeated in no uncertain terms that you’re perpetually stuck in a 1996 timewarp and are unable to move on in the slightest. All the best.

Is this gonn be available on the iTunes store? Would have thought with Diggers doing mixes for Apple music it would be but maybe he wants his 30%.

Wally probably will be, but judging by Bedrock’s other late output Bandcamp will still be the cheapest option. I’d assume it will be available to stream also in Apple Music on Friday.

LT42 Partially correct, but I still buy lots of ‘new’ music.

            1 - 5: Don’t do it.
            6: Get it checked.
Unless you buy the Live In.
If you do that, might as well let it fester.

Has anyone managed to actually find a full tracklist for this, or is it still just ‘featuring tracks by artists such as……..’?

SM001 6 tracks missing, it has 57 tracks, and both BP and Bandcamp have 51 singles. The mix is 4 hours 51 minutes long BTW. Once again I’m planning on listening to the whole thing in one sitting tomorrow.

Dan probably not. I’m on winter holiday this week (staycation), and been a good boy so far.

Not a chance. I suspect the commode is being prepared as we speak.

Homegrove I can’t listen to his stuff to much nowady (especially in the cold light of day) however I do love the way he puts two tracks together. Prob the best in the business.

Dan one reason I’m holding on buying the digital. In the previous ones I’ve liked mixes immensily, but have found little use of the singles.

Wally I’ve ordered the CD. It shipped today, so tomorrow’s plan is to listen to it from Tidal. Hopefully it will be there. If not then no option but to get the digital for tomorrow’s listen.
