Dubman Gluten free options for things like pasta have come on leaps and bounds in the past ten years. Early products were not very good, but some of the newer GF options are pretty good.

Haven’t tried GF bread recently. Was weirdly pasty and sweet the last time I did, and not particularly pleasant.

I’m gonna browse the supermarkets isles today to see what they have to offer.

Dubman The FODMAP thing was a total game changer for my wife, really worth investigating. @Cankles-McJeggings is dead right, as long as she has Fresh baked bread and not the Warburtons type crap she can get away with a little every now and then without rolling round the floor like she’s been shot.
She also read this really good book which was an eye opener

    Highly recommended

No. The most important thing you should be doing is carrying on drinking as much Coke zero as you possibly can. Treat yourself, maybe 4 or 5 cans a day. You really do deserve it 👍

Smallman1 apparently the best for gut health is a new drink called ‘Primula’. It’s a bit thicker than actimel, so best to just buy a tube of it and smash it right back, maybe gargle it a bit too.

      Best of luck.

      Actimel, Coke Zero and Nugenix.

Or winning as I like to call it.

I do like to make my own kimchi and sauerkraut, and knowing that does good things for my gut health is a bonus.

Old Speckled Hen and a ruby are my go to for a cleansing gut clear out.

Millsy Guinness seems to do the trick for me

Ironically Guiness is one of the few alcoholic drinks that doesnt fuck me over.

          Millsy

Lol - saw him the other day going into Wetherspoons on the High Street. Or winning as I like to call it.

Millsy lol. The Wealsden Raider diet.

😆 I’ve only just realised who that is. If spitting image were making puppets that would be Smalls.

It’s actually Wealdstone Raider, or my mate Gordon.

Smallman1 Should I continue to drink a daily Actimel?

Seems a bit weird that as someone with a supposedly deadly cheese allergy you’d regularly consume a probiotic where 2/3rds of its contained bacteria strains are two of the most common ones used to ripen many cheeses.

I’d love to learn the exact details of Edwands deadly cheese allergy. Just for the spread sheet.
