Good man 👍 it’s extremely common . If you haven’t already maybe have a test to see it you’re coeliac. If not you can still be non coeliac gluten intolerant which Drs aren’t quite so genned up on. (Item 4)
Infact have you looked at the FODMAP diet? Even if you follow it for a few weeks it’s worth doing just to see. It’s not that restrictive or Nazi and quite flexible compared to other shitty diets which are usually overly restrictive. There’s some really good apps for it to guide you. Monash university’s own one is probably the best. That’s the gaff in Melbourne that pioneered it.
I’ve only recently learned that if you stay off gluten for long enough it gives your stomach lining time to recover and the inflammation time to subside. Also occasionally fasting allows your stomach to shed it’s lining and regenerate. This in turn allows me to have the odd bit of bread or whatever without consequence. Yesterday I had a baguette with no side effects whatsoever. Rock and fucking roll 💪

Bread should obviously fuck you up, but see if it happens with oats which is an interesting one. Oats destroy me rain or shine. It’s just a massive avoid at all times.
