Does anyone use CBD products on here, if so, what are the benefits and which products do you recommend?

I’m seeing lots more media about the supposed benefits and wondered whether to introduce CBD as part of my recovery regimen.

I take it the high street stuff is to be avoided and better to buy online from respected sellers?

I had a go with some expensive stuff off of the interwebs, not sure it did a lot for me.

An old work colleague of mine is well up on such things, he’s of the school that some people are more sensitive to it than others; so if you have smoked bin bags full of weed over the years it probably won’t touch the sides.

The Central Business District in most cities usually has many products for sale.

From hamburgers to hosiery, you can normally find it in the CBS>

Got a mate who reckons it can cure cancer although it’s different from the stuff you can buy. I’m sure 303 may have some advice.
Look up Rick Simpson ‘run from the cure’. I’m not convinced myself but I could be wrong.

Doesn’t do much for me at all… probably a fad imo

I’d have to agree. I’ve tried quite a few CBD products over the years. A good quality full spectrum oil does give you a nice relaxed feeling and a very good night’s sleep, that’s about all I got from it.

I take 10 mg every morning and more on other occasions, it really helps with my knees and sleep. I buy raw flower and do my own coconut oil infusions, then make gummies out of them. Can’t recommend good CBD enough, but there are a ton of shit products out there.

Hursty Specific to running recovery, if I’ve had a tough trail run and my legs feel torn up, I take a combination of RSO and high dose CBD. Relaxes everything and I sleep better, plus it’s super anti-inflammatory.

        100% Karma Coast CBD.

I’ve tried a lot and this one is the purest. Keep getting thanked by a few who have been trying the different brands after sending them their way.

They are winning a lot of awards the past couple of years since launching.

        Hope you like.

Cheers for all the info guys, I’ll give it a whirl and see what the benefits are!

Forgot to say benefits I’ve noticed:

        1. I take a small dose to take the edge off if I’m nervous or anxious (it bizarrely makes me feel less tired when I’ve had a poor sleep too, at low dose)

        2. I take a medium dose if im really feeling terrible

        3. I take a large dose if I really want to sleep and im having trouble (or if im in such a way that I know as im headed to bed I won’t sleep well as my mind is too busy)

It is also great for pain management but I’ve rarely had to use it for this.

The big trick you need to learn - especially if you have tried it and lost faith - is that there is a bell curve effect, combined with the fact the dosing doesn’t make sense.

A tall, fat guy with bitch tits may need a moderate dose like 2 drops to feel maximum effect - and having a third drop may actually tip you into the ‘no effect zone’

Whereas the skinny petite lass may need 3 drops to get a small effect and 4 drops to get a decent effect / 5 to get to sleep.

YOUR own personal chemistry will dictate this so you need to find your dose which can take a few days of trial and error.

It wont ever put you to sleep but if you find yourself lethargic for no other reason? Consider that your highest dose and work backwards

You are on a bell curve looking for your own sweet spot so bear with it.

If there is any other dosing advice then do follow it 🙂

There’s definitely a lot of individual variation for the effects of cbd and thc (I think much of it comes down to liver enzymes with edibles). If I’m not making my own or for higher doses, this is my go to, I find it super effective …
