Bouncer says 1000 tickets sold out of 2500 capacity.

MOS family emergency my arse.

The dearth of streams from the lazy one during lockdown has well and truly come home to roost. Goodnight.

Cankles-McJeggings I think he’s had his hair done since the last time I saw him (3 months ago) - maybe ‘Dr. Hair clinic In Turkey’ is close family these days?

I reckon he went there before a while ago too. He shaved it all off because there wasn’t any left then next thing he had almost a full Barnet.

3 hours of Sasha is enough. He was always best when he was doing 3 hours with a couple of decent warm-ups like Bleasdale and Burridge somewhere like Cream.

This is Bosstrabs, who hasn’t seen Sasha since 2005, signing out.

I agree. Most of his best sets are or were 2 to 3 hrs. Or 2 x C90’s as it was known 😆

RichM Think he has to realise his “crowd” are now too old to go out all night now.

They just need to take a couple of spare piss bags.

There’s a Rennaisance night here in Brum in a couple of weeks with Sasha, Maceo Plex and Dusky….3500 capacity…..unlikely I’ll be going but the Jeff Mills, Rodhed night got mysteriously cancelled last week.

I can’t really speak for new djs because I dont air them enough. What I do know though is Sasha is playing boring as fuck uninspiring music that I don’t believe for a minute he likes. Been saying it for years too. His best sets are when you know he likes it. Like the first Luzo ones and the 6 mix.
He’s not even playing the best that’s available of the genres he’s playing anymore. Something you could always bet your life on. I don’t listen to his sets but I’ll check the tracks out from tracklists to see. I honestly am struggling to remember the last track I pilfered from him.

          I still like the Glastonbury-set.

Cankles-McJeggings not disagreeing with your point , but why would he play music he doesn’t like? I know djs say they play ‘what they crowd want’ but I’ve never believed that
