Amps the NHS is failing in its current form and needs serious reform. It’s a service not a fucking shrine
I’m determined not to argue with people on the internet in 2024, so here is two things I believe which hopefully you all agree with.
Rich people (lets say for example those with an income >3x the average or median) shouldn’t be getting unlimited lifetime use of the NHS for free;
Poor people shouldn’t be getting lifetime use of the NHS for free if they don’t take steps to lose weight or stop smoking or drinking or abusing drugs.
