Rehydration salts should be easily available and cheap everywhere, since they’re on the WHO’s List of Essential Medicines. This is probably one of the reasons they aren’t marketed heavily, because drug companies probably make fuck all profit from selling them. The patent probably expired about 50 years ago, if there ever was one.
