What is this ‘Luke’ brand that has appeared everywhere?

When and how did this become massive?

I am only aware of it because I saw Cheshire Oaks was trending on Twitter today, the first day of non-essential shops being open. Then found that apparently there is a Luke in loads of shopping centres that I would never go to.
