Amps anyone who uses the phrase “late-stage capitalism” can instantaneously have their view dismissed out of hand - pure stupidity and delusion.

Nothing about using wrecking ball Donk as a sonic battle weapon.

Lol. Hugo sees many future stages of capitalism to come!

hugopal the principles of capitalism are inherent in nature; forms of capitalism are as inescapable as biology itself.

      Quelle surprise.

The idea of a ‘carbon footprint’ was an invention by the oil companies to put the onus on individuals rather than companies to do something about global warming… but as no politician or corporation will ever do anything about it, we are essentially left to our own devices, the only way we can really achieve any change is through our individual and hopefully collective actions and reducing out footprint. The legislation will never exist.

Vote Green. Don’t have kids. Stop getting flights. Insulate your home to fuck. Get an ethical bank.

I wish nothing but a pox upon the Tories and psychopaths who run this planet.

hugopal it does exactly what it says on the tin, Capitalism is the ultimate pyramid scheme, unbelievable that so many people can’t see it. It’s certainly not early stage capitalism we are experiencing, is it? Most of the population of this shit infested planet are hurtling blindly towards mortgages, Gucci and other aspirational bullshit in the ridiculously misguided belief that if they eat steak foam and their son, Rupert, goes to a decent school that he will have a great future - as they excitedly put their cardboard in the wrong recycling bin and fill the tank of the Chelsea tractor up with diesel they can’t see that there is no fucking future for Rupert. Now do be a good lad and pass the Prosecco….

              Mad_Cyril Small beer,

True, but about all you can do as an individual or movement, bar an actual revolution. which I’m all for.

              Mad_Cyril bigger change is required

Also true, it’d be nice if China would stop using so much concreate.

              Defo.

"A Left-wing anarchist wanted to kill at least 50 politicians and government officials “to stand up for working classes”, a court heard.
Student Jacob Graham was convicted of preparing terrorist acts following a five-week trial at Manchester Crown Court.
The 19-year-old was said to be motivated by a “hatred and contempt” for the Government, which he believed “oppressed working people”."

“Under his alias, Graham recorded dozens of video messages from the back bedroom of his mother’s home where he lived in Norris Green, Liverpool, ”
