delged It’s this really.

Just back from seeing Bicep at the birthday this morning. Fabric, is much as it ever was.

    apyssjw Any cop?

Guessing you were rolling through from sat night, rather than doing a fresh as a daisy Sunday AM turn up?

wrongun Bicep on form. Somebody on the Bicep discord server recorded the set on his phone, it’s barely listenable (and a gig in size) but here it is if you want a flavour

With two young kids I’m a creature of the day now. Had to be back for swimming lessons in the afternoon!

How did you manage to reach the age of being a father without yet knowing how to swim?!

Got in about half 2. No drama on the door. Pretty quiet inside as guessing the Saturday night crowd has dissipated. Lovely to have space to dance when Dix came on. Still prefer he was in room 1 but I suppose everyone wants the ‘low Dj boiler room vibe’ these days. Pretty decent set. Few weird prog tunes in the middle but last hour n half was solid.
The whole club was packed by 7. I went to get a drink when Dixon finished and someone switched the Techno button on. All three rooms.
I’ve tried with Techno, I really have. I’m just not cool enough for those kids.

Anyway, great to stop in for the birthday. Super chuffed with an afternoon with Mr Berkhahn. Off to Spain next week to escape this fucking rain.

Smallman1 apart from the good part, who the fuck goes to a club and eats food, even if in there 16 hours.
Also whilst on topic, can you confirm the smell factor of fabric v NY? Was @zackster a smelly basted?

          Zackster’s biggest crime that night?

          Not delivering any Persians!

Then the so called ‘living in the moment’ is a bit like Alzheimer’s. You might be having a good time while you’re there, but you won’t remember any of it later. If you hear some snippets of tunes in the following weeks you can recall hearing it evokes a memory. If you hear a track at a gig and never hear it until a year later, you probably won’t remember it being played at an event that you originally went to.

No problem Edwand, the second most boring people in clubland are people constantly whinging about mobile phones in clubs, the most boring, being you.

By boring I take it you mean charismatic beyond belief?!
