We can blame Trump all we want and he deserves it, but the Republican Party is entirely complicit in everything that’s happening.

It’s like there all frightened to stand up and say anything against him. Is he really that thin skinned

Dubman I think they’re scared of getting primaried out in 2026 by the crazies in the base if they go against him. Until either Trump is so unpopular that his base starts to revolt or the democrats take the house and senate in the mid-terms, it’ll just be more of the same. They seem to be happy with power, the constitution and people’s quality of life don’t factor in.

Looks like Waltz is out after 102 days as National Security Advisor. At least he got passed the high bar of 27 days set by Flynn in Trump’s first term.

Taking up back to our glorious past!

My home village now has a Reform MP. Following a few exasperated comments on the family whatsapp
, my Dad is a bit quiet. 😬

Millsy Farage playing the media like a fiddle again. Have to say the new MP for Runcorn and Helsby is a bit of a looker for 56.

If reform keep going like this, there will be gollywogs back on the robertson’s jam jars by mid july!

Andrea Jenkins’s speech made my heart soar with BRITISH pride.

        Millsy Voted Reform!

Canks style reveal that you’re actually from Runcorn pending?

        Labour isn’t working!

Fuck me. That was painful to watch. How many times did she say fight.

Homegrove Don’t be fooled by labels and gimmicks. He might be to the left of Dutton, but Albanese’s immigration policies are far tougher than the UK. Student visa application fees are four times higher than the UK and according to Amnesty international, he has expanded powers to deport refugees to third countries. cut off lifelines for people in detention by seizing mobile phones and implemented unwarranted searches in immigration detention. The 2024 laws impose severe penalties of up to five years’ imprisonment on individuals who fail to assist with their own deportation.

alistair none of that is shocking or surprising, the Ozzies have ben sending the Navy out to intercept migrant boats for decades. Turn your boat around or be fired upon. Its only in the last 10/15 years that they actually process the migrants, always offland mind. Its been tougher to get into Oz than the USA for example and I reckon if put to a vote in most EU countries people would prefer a harder line similiar to the Ozzies when it comes to unfiltered migrants entering.

Along_the_Wire I think its the policy they have rather than the means ro which they enforce it.

Amps I’m wondering what odds I’d get on Trump blaming ‘witches’ at some point in the next 4 years.

I see he’s reopening Alcatraz… I’m starting to think my ‘witches’ bet might be worth a punt.
