I had a whole pack (8 massive rashers) of butchers’ streaky bacon on soft white bread with Lurpak.

    Weekdays a light breakfast, toast with butter, orange or apple juice, coffee black. On weekends I might eat heavier and include some grilled bacon and sausage.

    This morning I have had

    Smoked salmon
    Devilled quails eggs
    Fried quails eggs
    Smoked ham
    Pastrami
    Papaya salad
    A spicy carrot salad
    Bamboo leaf chicken salad
    Kimchi

    Mango
    Papaya
    Pineapple
    A cinnamon apple chia seed pot

    Pineapple juice
    2 Vietnamese iced coffees

    1 cigarette

      Doing the 16:8 fast religiously over the last two months, so barely eat breakfast. The last time was a Saturday at a brewery-pub.

      Had scrambled eggs, two slices of sourdough with herb butter, crispy bacon, creamy spinach and mushroom, and a potato hash. Along with one buttermilk pancake with whipped cream and honey, which my daughter was wasting. And one americano at the end.

          I stack up on a protein-laden breakfast and it gets burned off by evening. Apparently eating a lot later in the day isn’t ideal for weight loss, although I’m no expert.

          Also, boozing in the evening is actually very bad (although I do it) because you are processing the alcohol rather than burning fat in your sleep.

            Two slices of sourdough bread (white or multiseed), salted butter and marmite. A cup of strong tea.

            Sometimes with pulled beef strips (brisket/chuck)

            Large pot of loose leaf tea (5 cups)

            Suçuklu yumurta, green olives, simit with some black olive paste and cream cheese, few glasses of tea.

              bosstrabs moving back my 16:8 window from 9PM 10PM - 1PM 2PM to straight up 7PM - 11AM has made a big difference.

              Exercising in the last two hours of the fast, also great. But thats my unemployed ass with free time. Most people commuting or sitting in the office around 10AM-11AM.

                Have piled on the pounds this last year, so I’m currently slashing the calories. Just a mug of coffee for breakfast. Small lunch. Normal ish dinner. No snacks. Getting results, slowly. Would love ten pints and a kebab.

                  rhouses what sort of exercise are you doing? You should limit the level you do given where your glycogen stores probably are. Glycogen stores in your legs are typical around 1,600 calories, so you should limit efforts to below that and ensure you replenish, for example.
