I’m heading back to L’Ortolan, somewhere I worked in 1990/1991. It’s closing down at the end of the month, so I thought that I would visit it. While I was there we won Restaurant of the Year and got 2 Michelin Stars. It’s nowhere near the calibre it was back then, but they were crazy times. I’m glad that I worked there, but I’m also glad that I got out of the industry.
