Dry-Tinder Iâm heading back to LâOrtolan, somewhere I worked in 1990/1991. Itâs closing down at the end of the month, so I thought that I would visit it. While I was there we won Restaurant of the Year and got 2 Michelin Stars. Itâs nowhere near the calibre it was back then, but they were crazy times.
