The dishes are great, and it looks like the menu from a small cafe that you would find in a food court basement of a shopping mall all over China (which is not a bad thing - like Singapore’s hawker places, these are sometimes the best places to eat).
What’s interesting is this has become hipsterised, and unfortunately when Asian food goes hipster, the prices of simple dishes usually become fairly outrageous (as here) and the authenticity is lost (hope this isn’t the case) in favour of Instagrammable presentation and a bland Sunday supplement set of flavours.
I would eat here if in London, gladly - at least to try it.
