Sandwiches RANKED
Just gave myself a like for that extended essay on tobacco and joints. lol.
Back on topic. Recently discovered the beauty of egg salad sandwiches. Currently my mix is hardboiled eggs, kewpie mayo, dijon mustard, and grated wykes vintage chedder (love the crunchy salt bits), salt and pepper. If this is not already perfect enough, I’m open to tips.
Lol, not a single tomato!

I’ve recently been converted to the cult following of 7-Eleven sandwiches.
Basically a schnitzel in very soft white bread with the crusts cut off like you do for bairns, and tons of buttery egg salad.
Not sure if you can get these outside Asian 7-Elevens but they’re fucking fantastic and I can easily do 3 packs with a hangover.
Smallman1 white sourdough, bit of butter, sliced boiled egg, sliced tomato, plenty of mayo, salt and pepper. Marvellous.
Some crispy iceberg or even arugula I can understand, but tomatoes in an egg salad seems like the wrong choice texture wise. Too mushy.
You probably know it as ‘rocket’ but that’s no excuse.
‘Arugula’ is used as a term on menus almost equally I would say.
You should be familiar with it because it’s about the only topping you can have on a pizza.
Just bread, parma ham and rocket.
That’s your favourite pizza.
Dry as a nun’s cunt.
Don’t forget the all important tomato base Dave.
This is my go to from Papa Johns (sans cheese, natch)
The Works - Our tomato sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian style sausage, ham, chestnut mushrooms, green peppers, sliced onions and black Herrera olives
It is absolutely tremenballs.
Sans cheese apart from mozzarella
It does sound like a winning pizza from the ingredients.
Especially if it ends Smallman.
