Agreed on Whatsapp.

Binned of Facebook years ago and never looked back. Was a thief of my time, logging in just to look at shite. Never had a Twitter account.

Have an Instagram but no idea how to use it. Somehow I’ve got 2 linked accounts. May as well delete that as well

    zackster Self loathing

I like to think mine keeps me focused.

Whatsapp doesn’t count, lads. Surely it’s a messaging app rather than a social media platform…

Don’t tell me otherwise as that means i use two instead of one!

This is my social media platform du choix.

And by jove do I love it!

Old-Dutch My Insta is full of techno producers wearing the same all black techno uniform, which makes me wonder if the lint brush market has gone through the roof?

WhatsApp is essential for a group of mates, I’ve no qualms there. Whenever someone starts bollocking on they get told to shut up quicksmart by the mob, and it works. Someone posts some porn then to diffuse the situation and we all move forward in unison. In fact, it’s the perfect social media.

Just getting round to watching the Social Dilemma on Netflix.

Sounds like the best option to delete all except WhatsApp.

As soon as advertisements start in WhatsApp then that will be deleted too.

Fairly sure Whatsapp (Facebook) will be harvesting all of our information and selling it onto advertisers in the Facebook/Insta eco-system.

Along_the_Wire probably not, there are so many platforms out there.

They have to keep it free as they are making trillions by targeting the data harvested from the conversations and interactions anyway.

I was using it for work and met quite a few people through it professionally…. problem is there is way too much irrelevant crap on there that you can spend your entire life looking through your timeline.. so gave it up a year ago to free up time. There is something a bit pathetic about spending hours on that platform all day (and I know quite a few who do).

Accounts like this are one area where twitter/x still thrives:
