Matty 303abuser Matty Balance 019 - Henry Saiz love this one too. It’s pure class, although he’s not hit those heights before of since.
303abuser Echo that’s exactly what i remember. sounds like it was mixed by someone who just bought tables.
alistair zackster in terms of recent vintages, I really liked Sasha’s Fabric 99, Baumel’s GU and especially Zabiela’s Balance (cd2) which was ace. His transitions are something else
Mad_Cyril zackster Seeing as we’re now onto any old mix cd, whether it’s dated or not, might as well take it down a peg or two….
jonattonyeah zackster I dunno, Zack. We could start digging through the United DJ’s of America back catalogue. Josh Wink and Mark Farina put out some okay mixes. Jeno, too. Most were utter gash.
Along_the_Wire zackster He gets a pass for Bedrock compiled and mixed by John Digweed. That’s mint, as is the Jimmy Van M one
Matty zackster Not a fan then !? I guess by doozy you mean someone with superior taste and knowledge; thanks.
LT42 Smallman1 It really is something to behold but to be fair most threads turn into “post your favourite GU” by about the 2nd page. Even food threads.

zackster jonattonyeah United DJ’s of America back catalogue. Josh Wink all joking aside, this almost made my list. Multiple tracks on there have been rereleased or remixed in the past year or so.
Mad_Cyril jonattonyeah Reminded my of Taylor. Bought his Synestheisa off the back of a few American cousins raving about him on GU. Needless to say, both discs binned sharpish.
LT42 zackster I loved the Kimball Collins one, also had the Taylor one which hadn’t aged well, even at the time.
alistair Surprised at the lack of love for Zabiela’s balance. It’s bloody great and its not 20 years old either. His Renaissance masters wasn’t shabby either
