I started watching Love/Hate on ITV-X about some drug dealers in Dublin. Aidan Gillan, is in the first 2 seasons. I’m still trying to work out if it is a comedy or not.

Enjoying the four part doc series on the Kinahan’s on Iplayer. Certainly the most extensively researched and revealing
started Mobland , decent so far…
I tell you what you need Dave, mo bants.
AS DO I JUDGING BY THAT!
The team that did Adolescence are doing a remake of Threads. Should be cheery.
This City is Ours - BBC
Standard crime drama in many respects, but truely elevated for me by the casting and dialogue. They got the Scouseness of it all spot on. Some of the characters are carbon copies of people I know, bar the murdering bits.
Amps Scouseness? Do you mean murdering, thieving gypsy bastards, or the version they consider themselves after Heysel?
Really enjoyed the new season of White Lotus. Parker Posey was pure comedy, she played that role so well.
Along_the_Wire Is your gout flaring up again?
Disagree, the first one genuinely funny, especially the shit in the suitcase.
It’s all too homoerotic now.
I’ve been really impressed with Adolescence, the camerawork is incredibly well done. Fair play to the creators, they deserve all the plaudits they’ll surely receive. Grim storyline but a refreshing take on acting and production. 2 episodes to go. I don’t think there’s any debate around Graham being in the very top tier nowadays.
Watched the first 4 episodes of Mobland . Which stars Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan & Helen Mirren. It’s very hard to get past the awful Irish accents from Helen Mirren & Brosnan even though he’s Irish. Tom Hardy thinks he’s Ray Winston. No spoilers but I rate it just above Gangs of London in terms of acting and storyline
