Along_the_Wire yeah that’s a problem, exercise should melt all that shit away and leave you so tired you can’t be pissed off at stuff that doesn’t really matter that much. i’m way more loose with my routine. 1-2 days a week i do something really hard (hill sprints, stairs, insanity, soccer), 2 or so moderate days (5-10 km runs), 2-3 light days (5-6 km walk with a dog), 1 day off.
i am pretty concerned about winter though. running at -15 the last couple of days has been rough and getting outside when it’s -20 or colder isn’t enjoyable.
