vinnyt77 rhouses Correct, but I don’t know why the reference to (WHAT THE FUCK) is particularly relevant.
LT42 C_J yep, ironically the script in their argument is all over the fucking place. Reading Rhouses’ last 10 comments is the most confusing plot I’ve seen in a while too.
Smallman1 mono-stereo sorry my bad, I thought you where saying the acting in gladiator 2 was Stella 😂 Think his name is Paul Mescal Mono.
rhouses Kermode couldn’t have been more right about Christmas Eve in Miller’s Point. Awful movie. Holdovers this is not. 2.3 / 10
rhouses Along_the_Wire the kermode review nails. It’s a movie about Christmas and family, and the family is very annoying in this. Seriously don’t waste your time. I’m generally quite lenient with star children, but Scorsese’s daughter’s performance reeks of nepotism.
Homegrove The Lighthouse (2019). Oh boy, I wish I’d gone see this in the theatre five years ago. Probably an experience to see with other people. Now it was just me and our cats. They seemed to enjoy the soundscapes. Great film to watch with surround sound.
Along_the_Wire Homegrove The black and white one? Not slagging it off, I just didn’t get it at all, gave up after half an hour
Mad_Cyril Homegrove Bought this based on your initial review. Fair to say I called you a few names after watching it. I will rewatch though, on ‘the system’, and if any better will return and apologise!
Homegrove Along_the_Wire yeah that’s the one. If nothing else it looks amazing. Eggers can conjure amazing visuals, can’t wait for his Nosferatu. I was also a big fan of The Northman, which is also a hugely divisive film. You either love it or hate it.
Homegrove Along_the_Wire lol, I doubt my wife has hated any other movie I’ve taken her see more than that. Did not help that I was pumped after seeing it.
