Homegrove Went to the flicks to see it - The first one is, by any reasonable metric, shite. But it’s got a certain charm about it and I think the first hour with the build up to the aliens appearing and then nuking everything is handled well for what it is so why not I thought! Four stars from empire and two hours away from the kids. Lets go. <gets popcorn>

ID:R is without question, the worst movie I’ve seen at the flicks in 20 years. IIRC, Empire had Roland Emmerich guest edit the issue before so had to give it a good score or something. The sellout cunts.
I think that’s part of their ‘cinema is the one true way’ thing. I think after working there for ages, some of them really are matey (or more likely they just want to be) with various hollywood types so they shove their tongue up the arse of some right garbage to not piss anyone off.
