If It Bleeds by Stephen King.
4 short stories, 2 of which were very good, 1 was ok and the 4th wasn’t the best (Hannu….I’m referring to the Holly Gibney story).
I’ve read a lot of King and only just realised this year that he isn’t so hot at writing dialogue between characters. By that I mean people do not speak to each other in real life the way they do in his books. It does become a bit twee after a bit.
Next up is a reread of In Cold Blood by Truman Capote which I thought was fantastic when I first read it a whole back
