Watched Episode 1 of Invasion and it was like an upmarket version of Doctor Who. Can’t say I’ll be rushing back.
Like H said… Andor arguably the best thing Disney + have put out.

The Olivia Colman-scene in episode 2 of Invasion is the best thing ever.
A bunch of mid 40s dudes discussing Disney’s best work. Gas pipe stuff.
What getting zero pussy does to a mf
Alright, this newest installment actually looks half way decent
Dune 2 supposed to clock in at 3 hours Grant - you must be thrilled.
I’m in love again
All the nerds are going crazy on Facebook, but I’m not feeling Ahsoka at all. Neither is my nerd wife.
Watching Hannu grow up is quite wonderful
Loki Series 2
I’ll never get the time back <<<
The Marvels is going to tank. My wife is a bigger MCU-fan than me (she had the idea during covid to watch EVERY MCU-movie in row), and even she’s like “let’s wait for it to drop to Disney+ in January.”
That said Loki is awesome, and Echo looks good too. It looks more like a Netflix-Marvel show then Disney judging by the trailer.
Nice ending to Loki S2 which I felt was weaker than S1. Dunno if it’s Marvel fatigue, that the main issue with the loom is too disconnected or there wasn’t much intrique to what’s going on, going on but it wrapped up really well - clearly Marvel had their A team on this one - and Disney seem fortunate to be in a place where they could pivot away from Jonathan Majors if they wanted to.
I really liked Loki too. Hiring Benson & Moorhead to helm it was a fine choice. Their indie scifi movies are worth checking out if you like really trippy stuff. The Endless messed with my head pretty bad.
My nerdy FB groups have also been positive about The Marvels, which surprised me. The said nerds being mainly men. Still will wait for it to come to Disney+, rather than to go see it in the theatre.
