303abuser Yeah I used to do 14 hour fasts, and that was kinda my sweet spot, but because I have to eat within 30-60 minutes of waking now, it’s harder to get that 14 hour window into my day. My main plan of attack these days is trying to eat healthy fats, lots of veggies and fish, and a much smaller portion of meats. I’m also trying to limit grains to 1-2 meals per week. Basically a Mediterranean diet, with even less carbs. 🙂
