NasserAlazzawi it hurts like crazy, but it works and works well. 10 years ago, insanity got me from skinny fat to athletic in 18 weeks. found it did wonders for mental toughness too.

Another fat man run this morning. A lot closer to couch than 5k 🤣

NasserAlazzawi lol no. i did ⅝ days last week and i’m just doing it while it’s cold out. 3-4 days a week is my max now, otherwise i’m over training and more prone to injury. as soon as it’s above -20, i’m back to hills and stairs.

Amps try Bullyjuice or Yeoh Fitness on You Tube. Would agree insanity lives up to its name. I do this Shaun T challenge twice a week.

SM001 Got to confess, he’s lacking a little ‘Intensity’ in his ‘HIIT’ there! 😆 I’d have been kicked out the rugby club for that kind of effort!

Amps I think he nearly fell over at one point. 😆 The skip rope is pointless in a HIIT routine. It takes a couple of seconds to get going and another couple of seconds to wind down.
