Amps I’ve being doing this one recently. Depending on your level of fitness there are easier or tougher routines. It’s 20sec on 10 sec off. I don’t use a skipping rope, I do jumping jack variations.
The key with HIIT routines for the 20sec’s you’re exercising you HAVE to go hell for leather otherwise it’s a bit pointless.
