Amps Iāve being doing this one recently. Depending on your level of fitness there are easier or tougher routines. Itās 20sec on 10 sec off. I donāt use a skipping rope, I do jumping jack variations.
The key with HIIT routines for the 20secās youāre exercising you HAVE to go hell for leather otherwise itās a bit pointless.
