I’m definitely up for sorting this out now like.
I’ve gone up to 89kg and I really want to be 80kg.
the thing that repeatedly happens is I increase weight over the weekend. During the week I lose it by doing intermittent fasting (not eating between 8pm and 1am) but my diet really isn’t the issue, I’m inactive and sedate.
couch to 5k app is amazing ((starts you out on walks and within a matter of weeks you are basically loving running - despite how you imagine it)
with how life is right now I think I’m gonna get stuck into that, it’s free.
