I have fond memories of having a good chat with Norman while I was absolutely twatted after God’s Kitchen one time. The fact that I was at home, sat on the loo and staring at the front cover of Mixmag at the time doesn’t take that memory away.

i once paid £25 a ticket to take a new ’ish ’date to see fatboy slim at majestiks in leeds. it was absolutly awful and made even worse when she then made it very clear that only drinking was on the cards that night and could not stand people off their face.

I saw Pete Tong, Hybrid and Timo Maas at Majestiks at the Leeds Loveparade afters.

What an awful club, reminded me of Volts in Kingston.

Smallman1 . was usually a cheesy srappy club (famous for lee bowyer beating the crap out of someone and going to court).

i remember coming out of the mint club at about 8am on the sunday morning and the whole city was still going nuts. there were guys standing on top of phone boxes still dancing. was absolutely mental scenes and unfortunately never to be repeated. they claimed it caused too much damage to roundhay park as they only expected around 200,000 people

-si- looking back i wished i took that approach . she was 6 years older than me and claimed she was too old for that behaviour and we had to leave early and go to some other shit towny bar. I ended up going to basics the following weekend to consume everything I had purchased and forgot that I was supposed to be taking her to the airport on the sunday. that completed our very short relationship
