    From a purely physiological/ cardio point of view I would strongly advocate against the ‘top-off’ approach for any strenuous activity. ‘Top-on’ increases fluid loss, mimics hypovolaemia and is a better cardio workout all round. Aesthetics aside of course, I would recommend the ‘top-on’ approach for almost anything arduous.

    alistair Yes. For sure. Might have to leave early-ish as have a flight to Spain at 7 am, but will be there to catch all the board members sets 👍
