You don’t know that for sure. If there is a hoax operation happening then Navy pilots are being hoaxed too and I find that a bit far fetched. I’d agree with the whole space force fiasco and the potential for that to bring in more tax dollars but I’d doubt the conspiracy started back in the late 40s and they’ve spent billions perpetrating the hoax just so the Repubs could grab more tax in 2021. That’s about as out there as the question itself. I’m completely on the fence, don’t know either way but I’ve watched hours of credible witness testimony and it’s compelling and fun to ponder over. Why are you so butt hurt about this? I answered Jon’s question with the reasonable argument that the recent uptick in UFO sightings was all a ploy by the US government to feed military industrial complex. I am sorry, but that is hardly a massive leap to make. We don’t really go to war anymore, so we need something new (that the public would support) to fuel it.
