That’s first class. That Charlie May edit is superb. Ooh, there you go, it’s all going off!
Sasha at Fabric - Sunday 14th November
Later at the nearest Travelodge; “Let battle commence!”
Was expecting that from him prior to kick off.
Will they be putting out the sofas between 4 and 9pm? Not doing without my Sunday arvo kip
alistair great sentiment but how on earth are they going to enforce this, especially given the current climate where everyone does what the fuck they please. “Don’t take our phones away!!”

…could backfire into Fabric being the phone police, not letting people carry out their god given right of standing motionless on the dancefloor getting in everyones way whilst they video inaudible nonsense to show their gran they have a life
I used to enjoy watching vids of Sasha high fiving the gathering munted
The only time I get my phone out in Fabric is when I’m being pestered by dorises to take their number.
It’s tough at the top.
I can’t even see what’s on my phone on a night out.
It’s all a blur.
The challenge of trying to see the time on your phone after a few is hilarious. It’s impossible
Does anyone else get their phone buzzing in their pocket at the afters and when you go to answer it, your phone isn’t ringing or even in your pocket for that matter.
Might have a touch of Si-syndrome myself
Jerky phone zone I believe
Old-Dutch When my phone goes off at an afters, it’s the missus. Always. And it only signifies one thing: the beginning of the end
LOL! The worst call on the world. Fortunately for me it is only upstairs I need to head when it happens as we end up back at mine most times.
The odd occasion I have to leave someone else’s is fucking grim
’Tis fucking grim beyond words. Hate it
Ironing out 3 grams and then getting a text at 7am reminding you that you’d agreed to go Xmas shopping.
Noooooooooo
“Someone must have spiked my acid”
‘Reminder: YOU have the kids today after going out last night’
You said you’d leave at 3…
Lol. This makes me feel much better lads. Seems this is a board wide issue. Or used to be. Not so much anymore for me.
How have you lot ended up with other halves who aren’t at the afters with you?!
My missus is pretty good about these sorts of things. I went out for a few drinks and ended up at a club seeing Rodhad…I could only manage to text ‘tekno digbeth’ at 3am….got ffs and laughing emoji. She’s a good egg

Phil-McRackin I take it you’re less than six months in here?
Once upon a time, I got in from Digweed at Leeds at 5.10am, got into bed and the Mrs sent my son through to wake me up at 6am by jumping on my head and asking for breakfast. Good times.
Along_the_Wire Haha, no 20 yrs. She’s an ex clubber and knows the score. Doesn’t happen too often and if it means she can watch her shit programmes she’s happy. Living the dream
My Mrs is generally alright as proper nights out are a sparse occurrence for me, she definitely doesn’t encourage it though!

I miss the days of rolling back to mine….calling more in….then waiting for the pub to open.
Soundtrack:
Loved my single days when the after party was as fun as the night out, rather than the part where guilt kicks in as you know you need to start heading to reality and responsibility, but just trying to put it off a little bit more
Between 2000-2004 plenty of after parties at me and my mate living down Balham, used to love the James lavelle GU albums back then at 8am

Dan waiting for the pub to open
Remember being in London for NYE/D 2001 or 2002. Maybe 2003. Not sure. Anyway, the pub was rammed New Years Day (after a belter of a NYE night) with a DJ who was properly skilled with the mixing of older pop tunes. He was really good. Played Toto’s “Africa” and the place went bananas. Singing along. The full deal. Was one of those, “Only In England” moments. Smiles all around.
Good job by him.

jonattonyeah Sounds like Bugged Out ….never done their NYD parties as always went to their NYE doo’s as they used have Weatherall on.
Bugged Out at The Kings Head on NYD, absolutely superb.
Must have been to 5 or 6.
Which is nice.
