Millsy baskteball, Grant cycling, Amps golf, Smalls rollerblading… what sports do you play regularly and how often? Does cycling count actually?
I’m two months in for my badminton and table tennis classes (twice a week each), and maybe it’s all the pent up energy from covid lockdowns, but this is the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Figured I might as well get good at something skill wise while I lose weight, versus becoming some sort of beef cake in a gym.
1st month in badminton was embarrassing af, all these fit uncles in the intermediate group in our gated community annihilating me. Fell on my ass once going back for a smash, coach was relatively sympathetic and blamed the running shoes.
