Rome
Along_the_Wire I think you’ve missed the point. Which is unusual, I have to say.
I don’t give a shit about what point you made which I may or may not have missed - my original post was a simple joke about your alcohol consumption which seems to have flown over your head and you asked me to explain.
hugopal you fell over attempting a joke, you boring cunt.

You being a massive thicket due to years of brain damage from the old vino is not my having fallen over.

Along_the_Wire no clue what you’re on about here Grant, have a glass of water and a lie down.
hugopal can I suggest you don’t respond to my posts with shit jokes, if at all?
Cheers

Quiz question: All roads lead to Rome - apart from which two?
The answer is of course the m25 because it’s an orbital motorway which means it doesn’t lead to Rome. and also my driveway because it leads to my house.
Are the pizzas any cop over there G?
Smallman1 in my experience (all be it 20 years ago) the pizza is much better down south.
Must remember that Italy is similar to England like that, everything’s better down south.
Jules72 Best food was in Trastevere - eat a lot there in random restaurants. We were struggling on Monday and lots of places closed, so ended up in a restaurant called That’s Amore - it was excellent and cheap as chips. Wine was superb everywhere. Soho House was excellent too.
Smallman1 it’s actually the other way around for most stuff.
Like breadcakes and Wigan kebabs?

I was thinking more in micro/macro sociopolitical terms given the Apline-Germanic heritage of the north vs the Mediterranean culture of the south.
But yeah, a bit like breadcakes.
