mono-stereo Quiz question: All roads lead to Rome - apart from which two? The answer is of course the m25 because it’s an orbital motorway which means it doesn’t lead to Rome. and also my driveway because it leads to my house.
Along_the_Wire Jules72 Best food was in Trastevere - eat a lot there in random restaurants. We were struggling on Monday and lots of places closed, so ended up in a restaurant called That’s Amore - it was excellent and cheap as chips. Wine was superb everywhere. Soho House was excellent too.
mono-stereo I was thinking more in micro/macro sociopolitical terms given the Apline-Germanic heritage of the north vs the Mediterranean culture of the south. But yeah, a bit like breadcakes.
