Along_the_Wire Jules72 Best food was in Trastevere - eat a lot there in random restaurants. We were struggling on Monday and lots of places closed, so ended up in a restaurant called That’s Amore - it was excellent and cheap as chips. Wine was superb everywhere. Soho House was excellent too.
mono-stereo I was thinking more in micro/macro sociopolitical terms given the Apline-Germanic heritage of the north vs the Mediterranean culture of the south. But yeah, a bit like breadcakes.
