C_J Saying that it’s impossible to be racist against white people is borne by the notion that it’s impossible to hate white people.
So he’s saying it’s possible to hate all people apart from whites, because they’re not hate-worthy.
Racist logic imo.
Actually, the most common “argument” used to try and claim such a thing is borne of “woke” social “science” circles trying to change the definition of ‘racism’ in recent years - they claim that racism is actually not the most commonly understood definition of prejudice or discrimination based on race, but that this prejudice or discrimination must also be supported by “power structures”. Therefore, because the entire world is supposedly all structurally white and only white people have power, only white people can be racist.
It’s a very convenient attempt to try and get away with making what are clear racist statements (often hate-fuelled), while claiming not to be racist because their newly made-up doublethink version of the word means that they couldn’t possibly be.
Never mind that their desired definition even fails on its own merits given that many black people, including Wiley with his (what were) 500k Twitter followers and decent level of wealth, do indeed have power; or never mind that white people wouldn’t really have much power in, say, Saudi Arabia or China (or even if they found themselves lost on their own in a bad part of Chicago).
Their desired definition also fails on its own merits because even if it did come to be adopted in any widespread way then it would be proof of their own racism - they claim racism should be prejudice based on race plus power supported by structures/institutions. They also claim it is not possible to be racist against white people (or correspondingly as per Wiley’s tweet that black people can’t be racist).
However, firstly claiming it’s impossible to be racist against white people is in itself a comment which is prejudicial based on race. Furthermore, if the definition becomes accepted e.g. included in the dictionary and/or used by the MSM, then they would have demonstrated that they themselves in fact have power and are supported by structures/institutions. Thus, they will instantaneously become ‘racist’ even by their own new definition (and given the extent to which it has already gained ground in some left-leaning institutions this could be argued to have already occurred).
The German ZDF message I posted above echoes this exact same bullshit argument.
Here’s a UK example of the same claim being made (and there are loads more):

This article points out a few additional ways in which the concept is fundamentally flawed:
