Stand Up comedy
Got tickets to see Taylor Tomlinson in July. I’ve loved all three of her Netflix-specials. I’ve not gone to see anyone do stand up in Helsinki since Jim Jefferies in 2023.
Louis CK doing a world tour this year into 2026. Booked VIP tickets for Bangalore March ‘26. I’m assuming 50 50 it gets cancelled, though he is doing three cities here.

rhouses Louis CK doing a world tour this year into 2026. Booked VIP tickets for Bangalore March ‘26. I’m assuming 50 50 it gets cancelled, though he is doing three cities here.
He’s going to places like Bucharest, Sofia, Athens, Istanbul and Galway, yet has zero shows in Germany. Bizarre.
He’s probably heard you’re up for seeing him Hugo.
Bill Burr has a new hour up in Disney+ (Hulu in the US if anyone here is still from there). Better than Red Rocks, but not as good as Paper Tiger which I think is his best hour. Ol’ Billy Red Balls has discovered emotions. He also had a perfect description for Elon Musk lately on his podcast, “the laminated face cunt.”
Marc Maron: Panicked (HBO Max here, so I guess Sky in the UK), a new special from my favorite.
Too Real remains his best special for me, but damn he’s still really good. His specials tend to have a rough time starting, and this one is no different. I hate it that Trump and his cronies need to be acknowledged every fucking time.
But it gets better fast. Plenty of cat-stuff which I always want from Maron, so I was satisfied.
303abuser he’s been on all pods lately, the brief chat he had with Conan was great too. Conan ran into him at Sirius in New York, and cornered him into doing a special episode in the studios, it’s just 30 minutes but good stuff, especially for me because I found Maron on Conan’s Late Night-show in 99 or so, because he used to do it a lot, and it was airing in Finland on cable too.
Jim Jefferies has a new one up on Netflix, and it’s bad. Glad I didn’t get tickets to see him in Helsinki in October. I cracked a smile a couple of times and went hhmmm, that’s it.
