LT42 Boris is a total clown and this smacks of an attempt to divert focus from something other that doesn’t reflect well on the government (take your pick).

However, most countries do it (uniform national branding) so I don’t see why the UK should be averse to it.

In fact, you already saw these posters all over Beijing last year (the wanky term ‘Britain is GREAT!’

Something they’ve not mentioned though is the increased costs in fuel of an all-over red paint or vinyl job. Apparently this makes the plane heavier and considerably less fuel efficient.

Which is why airlines have traditionally gone for a livery with half a paint job and the rest left unpainted.

Where’s Ahad Adump when you need him?

Why don’t we just get the UK sponsored by Ethiad of something - quids in!

bosstrabs I know they exist, Dave, I was laughing at the thought of promoting the current UK brand. What is that brand currently? Like something you’d see on a filthy pallet down the back of Aldi.

LT42 photos of Churchill, bulldogs, tea and crumpets, the Queen etc. The usual stuff I would imagine. What an embarrassment of riches our GREAT BRITAIN is.

Boris’ father and sister were both declared remainers in the referendum.

Only partially his fault he has a fuckwit son.

        Smallman1 REMOANERS. LOL.

Mostly ROTTINGHAM HOTSPUDS supporters, supporting international Jewry.

        MORONINHO probably one.

        It was originally MORONINHO.

Announced by Thackers on the GU board after a lengthy build-up and it’s own thread:

MY NEW NAME FOR JOSE MOURINHO

        Cheers
        Terrence (shades smiley)

Cambridge academic tweets “White Lives Don’t Matter” and “Abolish Whiteness”:

Cambridge University defends the academic’s ability to express themselves, stating “The University defends the right of its academics to express their own lawful opinions which others might find controversial and deplores in the strongest terms abuse and personal attacks. These attacks are totally unacceptable and must cease.”

Not only that, but the next day Gopal was promoted to full professorship:

        https://www.varsity.co.uk/news/19542

The same University last year cancelled a visiting fellowship that had been offered to Jordan Peterson, claiming that ““[Cambridge] is an inclusive environment and we expect all our staff and visitors to uphold our principles. There is no place here for anyone who cannot.”

        https://www.theguardian.com/education/2019/mar/20/cambridge-university-rescinds-jordan-peterson-invitation

By extension, can we now conclude that Cambridge University’s “principles” include racism and hatred of white people?
