Smallman1 Unbroken1 …at it’s best when cunningly weaved in and out of 4/4 IMO. Too much of any one thing becomes dull pretty rapidly Great shout.
mono-stereo Unbroken1 Totally. Best used as a tool to mix things up a bit. This current resurgence of bog standard prog fodder with a continual holden esque bassline and a breakbeat underneath is just as naff as it was first time around. It’s lazy.
SM001 mono-stereo This current resurgence of bog standard prog fodder with a long warbling bassline and a break beat underneath is naff as it was first time around. It’s lazy.> As in Anjunadeep and ADID?
mono-stereo SM001 I’m not really familiar with ADID. But yeah I find that Anjunadeep style prog boring.
alistair SM001 Many of our dear resident DJs include it in their sets. The label reminds me how far Burridge has fallen from his Tyrant days
LT42 It has its place tbf, its afternoon music really. Music for people who bring the car and are just having a lucozade. It shouldn’t be considered anything more than that. I don’t mind an ADID set if I’m honest. Defo more than a Ajunadeep set.
